How can I be assured I am purchasing legitimate tickets?

We implore you to avoid purchasing tickets from any source other than the official ticket office. Scalpers and ticket brokers have caused many patrons in the past to pay for tickets that are counterfeit, resulting in a "double seating" when two patrons with tickets to the same seat arrive at the event. The patron with the legitimate ticket will be granted admission. The venue can make no concession to grant admission to patrons with illegitimate or counterfeit tickets. 


Also beware when purchasing tickets from websites not associated with Celebrity Attractions, Panhandle Tickets, Select-A-Seat, MyTicketOffice, Ticketmaster or other partners. Always check the ticket price against the price listed on the Celebrity Attractions website. Never pay more than what is posted on the Celebrity Attractions official ticket price listing.

 
I cannot attend my event, can I seek a refund or exchange for another performance date or time?
Celebrity Attractions does not make a standard practice of exchanging or refunding tickets to non-season ticket holders. If you wish to seek special concession, please contact the ticket office you used when purchasing your tickets. 

Please note that our general policy for single tickets is that all sales are final.
 
Why are there handling fees?
Celebrity Attractions offers many ways and outlets in which you may purchase tickets. Each mode requires a certain level of support - personnel at the ticket office, maintenance of the web site, costs associated with printing and mailing tickets and various other costs associated with ticket sales.
 
How can I get the best seats?
Become a season subscriber!

Subscribers have the exclusive opportunity to purchase tickets before any other group, including corporate and private groups. Subscribers are guaranteed the same seat to all shows included in that particular season. Otherwise, you can sign up for e-mail notifications of public on-sale dates and any potential pre-sales that may occur a few days before the general public on-sale.
 
When do single tickets go on sale to the public?
Our general policy is to place tickets to any event on sale to the public four weeks before the show's opening performance. We must allow time before public on-sale for our subscribers to exchange their tickets if necessary and to purchase additional tickets. Each on-sale date is exclusive to each show.
 
Do you offer student, military or senior discounts?
No discounts exist outside of group discounts and special promotions unique to each individual production.

However, we occasionally offer a Student Rush discount which is only available one hour prior to the show.  A valid student photo I.D. must be presented at the box office and is good for the best available seating at the time of purchase. You may contact our Student Rush Coordinator at (800) 869-1451 ext. 205 to see if Student Rush tickets are available for a particular show.
 
Why am I seeing tickets for sale on another website when the show has not gone on sale to the public yet?

It is likely you are looking at a scalper website. Scalpers and ticket brokers will claim to have tickets before they are actually on sale. What they hope you will do is purchase 'tickets' from them first and then when the event does go on sale they will go online and buy the actual tickets. How they make their money is by charging the consumer double or triple the face value of the ticket, purchase the actual ticket at the original value from the venue and keep the difference. Please be sure to purchase your tickets from Celebrity Attractions and associated partners to avoid paying more than the tickets are worth.
