Misplace or lose your tickets? Our computerized record of your subscription allows us to replace the lost tickets quickly, easily and at no cost to you.

EASY, FLEXIBLE TICKET EXCHANGE
Unable to attend one of your shows? As long as your performance date hasnÕt passed you may simply exchange those tickets for another performance of the same show. There is a nominal exchange fee and subject to availability.

PERFORMANCE REMINDERS & ALERTS
We don't want you to miss a single show! We will email you a friendly reminder of your show date so you won't miss your scheduled performance. If you discover a conflict, you may use the Ticket Exchange Benefit to exchange your tickets.
